Cancellation Policy​

You must give us 24 hours notice for cancellation of your spray tan if you wish to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee. Please see “Groups and Tanning Parties” below for more information on our cancellation policy for groups.

 

***If you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay for the service IN FULL.

***Please note that cancellations can only be done via text or by speaking to your technician. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.

No Shows

If our technician has already reached the venue and you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the service. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Clients who do not show more than once will be required to pay in full before any future appointments.

 

Payment Policy & Tanning Problems/Concerns

We have a no refund policy on spray tan services completed. We must be notified within 48 hours of any problems or concerns. We offer complimentary fixes within 48 hours of the spray tan completion pending management approval and availability. If you're unavailable for a spray tan fix within the first 48 hours, we must be notified of your concerns within that first 48 hours.

 

Groups & Tanning Parties

Any bookings with more than 3 people must be secured by having a valid credit card. For groups 3+ we require 48 hours for cancellations. In the event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged according to the policies above.

Parental signature required for all minors (under 18) 

All minor clients (under 18) will need a signature by parent/guardian before any services can be provided. 

A credit card is required for all new clients.

For services rendered we accept cash or credit. No checks.
